Let's keep Barter-Win safe, respectful, and fun! Follow these rules:

• Be Respectful: No harassment, hate speech, threats, personal attacks, or spam. Treat others courteously.
• Be Honest: Describe listings accurately (photos, condition, etc.). Negotiate fairly and follow through on accepted offers.
• Keep it Safe & Legal: No illegal items/services (drugs, weapons, stolen goods, etc.), counterfeit items, or hazardous materials. Don't use the site for illegal activities.
• Communicate Safely: Use platform messages initially. Be clear. Don't share sensitive personal info too early.
• Review Fairly: Leave honest, factual reviews after trades. No fake or retaliatory reviews.

Enforcement

We take these guidelines seriously. We monitor for violations (using AI assistance too). Breaking rules can lead to warnings, content removal, suspension (e.g., after 3 penalty strikes for things like inappropriate images or verified harassment), or a permanent ban for repeat or severe offenses. Use the "Report" buttons responsibly!
