Welcome! Using Barter-Win means you agree to these terms.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal ability to form contracts to use Barter-Win.
Accounts: Keep your account info accurate and secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
Listings: Offer only legal items/services you own or are authorized for. Describe them honestly. No prohibited content (see Community Guidelines). You grant us a license to display your listing content on the Platform.
Conduct: Trade fairly and respectfully. No fraud, harassment, hate speech, spam, illegal activity, or system abuse (see Community Guidelines).
Monitoring & Safety: To protect the community, we monitor platform activity, sometimes using AI assistance, for violations of our terms and guidelines (e.g., in messages, images, listings). We may issue warnings, remove content, or suspend/ban accounts based on violations, including automated detection for repeat or severe issues like harassment. Breaking the rules can lead to suspension or a permanent ban.
